Restoration Carnival

This was a ton of fun to draw but what also the most challenging thing I've done in a while, since I never draw animals or backgrounds...

So anyways, is hosting a contest and I decided to give it a shot!

Name: Enya
Age: 17
Wields a pair of silver and gold, curved daggers known as the Path Seekers, when placed tip to tip they look like a keyhole.
Personal History:

Enya was born of Destiny Island and as long as she can remember she has protected Sora and the others. Along with the trio, Enya made plans to get off the islands and explore the others worlds that Riku was convinced existed. Although Enya wanted to see the other worlds that Riku so vibrantly described Enya was hesitant to leave the world she known all her life behind.
However, when the storm of darkness came and ravaged Destiny Island Enya was unable to protect her friends from the darkness that she saw swallow them. Left on the islands for two years Enya was engulfed by her guilt of not being able to save the ones she cared for the most. One day however, Enya saw her friends return to the islands, until they vanished once again. Wanting to follow them a portal opened beside her and without thinking Enya walked through.
This is where her story begins: Now Enya, reunited with Sora, Riku, and Kairi, they travel to the different worlds by order of King Mickey, seeking to destroy the darkness that is bent on obliterating the realm of light. During their journeys a mysterious man in a red cloak by the name of Merrikh has appeared. Referring to himself as the Soulkeeper, Merrikh is determined to use Sora’s abilities for his own desires and seems interested using Enya as a pawn in his game of ruin as well.

Strength and weakness in character:
Good Characteristics: Adventurous (constantly seeking a chance to see a new world), Courageous, Caring, Protective (She would do anything she could to protect the people she cares for), Determined (almost to the point where it could be seen as a negative attribute), mature (most of the time), graceful

Strengths: She is fairly physically strong, as well as quick witted which makes it relatively easy for her to be able to adapt to the situation at hand

Bad characteristics: Quick tempered (isn’t the best at keeping her fiery temper in check), sarcastic, over-emotional (let’s her emotions lead her without thinking of the consequences), impolite (she likes to do things her way), overly-assertive (she doesn’t respond well to authority figures)

Weaknesses: Enya has very limited magical abilities at this time; also, her magical and physical defense is minimal. She has great speed and agility but her arrogance of her abilities has lead to an over confidence so that she often leaves herself venerable to attacks.


World origination: Destiny Island

Role of Responsibility: Enya has to work two jobs in order to afford the parts to keep the gummi ship in repair (Sora isn’t the greatest driver) so in order to earn some extra money Enya works at the Gold Saucer attraction (based off the Gold Saucer scenes from FF-7) where she is one of the Chocobo racers. She also works at the Aeon Petting zoo – enter at your own risk – to make sure no idiotic kids try to provoke Anima to perform his ultimate attack on them.

This isn't Enya's usual outfit I just wanted to fiddle and sorry for the unoriginal chocobo pose I actually did the original sketch during my Financial Accounting course
